We build software that makes work easier.

From the systems behind a business to a family’s weekly calendar, we turn complicated routines into useful software. We plan it, build it and help you run it.

Some run our own company. Some are products for other businesses or families. Here is what each does and how you can explore it today.

Strohl CRM

Keep the relationship and the next conversation together.

We built a workspace for referrals, pipeline, follow-ups, tasks, team updates and billing. It is the tool we use to run our own business.

Explore a fictional workspace. Demo controls are usable, but nothing is saved or sent. This is an example of our custom software, not a public SaaS subscription.

What we build

A useful tool starts with
a real problem.

We work with businesses that need a better way to operate, and people with an idea for a product. Our experience includes professional services, internal operations and family life.

01 / Automation

Give routine work a reliable process.

Connect intake, email, scheduling and reporting. We work through the steps with you, including where a person needs to review or approve an action.

02 / Custom software

Build around the way your business works.

Relationship workspaces, operational dashboards and tools for specialised tasks. We connect the parts that need to work together and make the next step clear.

03 / Products

Make something people can use.

Turn a specific need into a working product. Start with a focused version, learn from the people using it, and develop it with ongoing support.

How we work

Clear decisions.
A working result.

You should know what we are building, what it costs and who will look after it. We agree those details before the work starts.

  1. 01

    Understand the work

Walk through the process with us. We identify the problem, the people involved and what a useful result would look like.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Get a written proposal covering the deliverable, price, timeline, access, ownership and support arrangements.

  3. 03

    Build and check

Review a working version. We test the agreed workflows and measure the outcomes we have chosen together.

  4. 04

    Put it to work

Get a clear handover and help using it. Ongoing maintenance and further improvements follow the support scope you choose.

Working together

Start with the need.
Agree the right scope.

Custom projects and hosted products have different requirements. Your written scope sets out what is included, any third-party fees and the ongoing arrangements.

A focused service

Just the inbox?

The Managed Inbox pilot is USD $400 per month for inbox triage, draft replies and a useful brief. It is a narrower service than the broader AI retainer. We confirm the connections, support and exact scope with you first.

The company behind the work

We build it.
We stay involved.

Founded by Dan Strohl, Strohl.ai brings planning, implementation and support together. We build tools for our own operations as well as for other businesses and families.

Our work with professional firms informs how we approach sensitive information, specialised processes and busy teams. Every project starts with its own needs, rather than a standard list of apps to install.

Clear responsibility

We agree who operates the system, where it runs and what support is included. A hosted product and a custom installation can have different arrangements.

Thoughtful use of data

We discuss the information a system needs, the providers involved, retention and permissions before connecting it. Access and approval steps are set for the specific workflow.

Good questions

Before we
get started.

Do I need to know exactly what to build?

No. Start with the work that is taking too long, a process that is hard to manage, or a product you want to explore. We help turn that into a practical scope.

Do you only work with law firms, accountants and clinics?

No. Professional services are part of our experience, alongside our own operational tools and products for families. We look at the problem and the people using the solution.

Is everything you build powered by AI?

No. A clear workflow, a well-designed interface or a straightforward integration may be enough. We use AI where it has a useful role and agree how its output will be checked.

Who owns the software and where does it run?

That depends on the project. Custom development, managed services and hosted products have different terms. Your proposal or product agreement explains ownership, access, hosting, export options and what happens when support ends.

Will every action need my approval?

We decide that with you for each workflow. For example, draft emails can wait for approval while an agreed report runs on a schedule. Permissions and review steps belong in the setup, and are tested before use.

Can I subscribe to the CRM or try a product?

Strohl CRM is our internal tool, with a public fictional-data demo. See My Week is welcoming families into a supported pilot. Exact Penny offers demonstrations and early-access Clio integration. Each product link explains its own current availability and terms.
