Is Strohl CRM something my business can sign up for?
No. Strohl CRM is the internal tool we built for our own relationships, pipeline and billing, and the demo uses fictional data so you can see the approach. If you want something similar, it is a custom project with a fixed written quote, and the finished workspace belongs to you.
Can you set up or improve a CRM we already pay for?
Yes. Often the better answer is keeping your current CRM and automating around it: intake forms that create records, follow-up reminders, a weekly pipeline brief, or replies drafted from your inbox that wait for approval. We will say so if the tool you have is fine and the gap is in the process.
Who owns the CRM and the data if you build it?
You do. Ownership is written into the proposal before we start, along with hosting and what happens if you stop working with us. Hosting usually runs in your own accounts at a small monthly cost. If you want ongoing upkeep and improvements, our retainer starts at USD $500 per month with a point of contact and a monthly review.
Where does AI fit in a small business CRM?
In the routine parts: sorting incoming email, drafting replies that wait for approval, pulling details out of forms into the right record, and turning a week of activity into a short brief. Final decisions and anything a person must sign off stay with people. Some workspaces we build use no AI at all.
