What we build
Most of what we build is for a team that runs a process no packaged product quite fits. The work is usually one of three kinds.
Software your team uses all day: a pipeline and referral workspace, an intake tracker, a scheduling tool, or a place where tasks and billing sit together. These replace a spreadsheet with too many tabs or a packaged tool your team works around. We watch how the work moves today, then build only the screens people will use.
A live view that reads the accounts you already run, such as analytics, search, booking and billing, and shows what matters that morning. We built one for a cosmetic surgery practice in Australia as a private web app under the practice's own accounts, rather than a report someone had to request. What belongs on a screen like that, and what does not, is covered on our dashboards page.
Software for one profession's rules, where a general product will not do. Exact Penny is our example: it calculates interest on trust-account disbursements for law firms and reconciles against a firm's own records. If your business has a calculation living in a spreadsheet nobody dares to touch, that is often the right first project.

See My Week is a visual weekly calendar built around familiar faces and routines, for families of autistic children. It began as software written for a family in California, and our business automation page has that build. What it shows here is the path a one-off tool can take: scoped for one household, then generalised once the rules turned out to be common ones.
Ownership and handover
The written quote states the deliverable, price, timeline, access, ownership and support before any work starts. Not everything we build uses AI. When it does, the quote says what the AI does and how its output is checked.
The quote says what you own when the project is complete, which accounts the software runs under and who holds the logins. We ask for only the access a build needs, and the first conversation needs none at all. Where the software runs is agreed in the scope, so nothing surprises you at handover.
Step four of our process is putting the software to work: a handover session, help while your team starts using it, and maintenance and improvements within the support scope you chose. For a family law firm we wrote the staff guide alongside the online booking system we built for their three lawyers.

The proposal covers deliverable, price, timeline, access, ownership and support. Once agreed, we build a working version you review, test the agreed workflows and measure outcomes we chose together. There is no hourly meter running, so any change in scope is discussed and priced before it happens.
If you want ongoing help, the AI retainer starts at USD $500 per month for broader automation and AI assistant setup, upkeep and improvements, with a point of contact and a monthly review. For a fixed-scope build, support is set out in the quote instead.
