Who we are

Strohl.ai is a software company founded by Dan Strohl in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We build business automation, custom software and products. For anything privacy related, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site (enquiring about a project, booking an AI Checkup or asking a question), we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, your business or project name, and your message.

Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). It uses cookies. Analytics does not tell us who you are unless you submit a form.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or add you to a mailing list without asking. Client work often involves confidential business information; that is covered by the agreements we sign with clients, not this page.

Where it lives

Form submissions are delivered to our email. Service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (analytics), and Web3Forms (form email delivery). Some of these providers process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept while they are useful for responding to you and running the business. If you want your information corrected or deleted, email [email protected] and we will take care of it promptly.

Cookies

Cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually days, not weeks.
