Does the AI receptionist send emails without me seeing them?
By default, no. Drafts wait in your inbox for approval, and you send, edit or discard them. Some clients later decide that a narrow set of replies, such as confirming a booking, can go out automatically. That is your decision, it is written into the scope, and you can reverse it at any time.
Can it answer the phone?
Not as part of the Managed Inbox pilot, which handles email and web enquiries. If phone answering is your main problem, tell us in the AI Checkup and we will scope it separately, with its own price and a clear line on what callers get from the system and what a person handles.
What if it sorts something wrong or drafts a bad reply?
You see it first, because drafts wait for approval and the daily brief shows what was filed where. Tell us, or correct it yourself, and we adjust the rules. Early on we expect some tuning, which is why this is sold as a pilot with the scope and connections confirmed first.
